Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management solution, which will grant you absolute authority over your e-mailbox accounts and newsletters. With this easy-to-use GUI, you can set up a new email account in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Moreover, you can redirect emails from one email box account to another, create email filters, create autoresponders and defend your e-mail box accounts against spam e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your mailbox accounts against junk mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesirable electronic mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given e-mail box account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming mails on the basis of specific rules defined by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can easily set up a mail filter for any of your mail accounts and specify the email filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming emails from one e-mail account to another, or even to several other electronic mail accounts. Just specify the mailbox you wish to redirect e-mails from, then select the destination e-mail box and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the email client of your choosing to access your mail accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you wish to set up on your computer or smartphone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new electronic mail account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple e-mailboxes simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager will also allow you to quickly create an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will handle everything else. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
